Patter Table Lamp

Features

• A hare caught mid-leap gives the design a narrative quality, so it reads as a small sculpture on a desk rather than only as a light source.
• Unlacquered brass finished with beeswax is meant to patina, so the surface gains depth and warmth over the years instead of looking worn out.
• A stone base and a brass shade set two materials against each other, a contrast that keeps a small lamp from looking slight.
• The metal shade sends light down onto the surface below, which suits a bedside table or entry chest where you want a pool of light rather than a broad wash.
• Its small footprint fits where a full-size lamp will not, from a crowded desk to a hallway chest or a gap between books on a shelf.
