Blanche Table Lamp

Sculptural and quiet, the Blanche Table Lamp takes its shape from an allium in bloom, the fluted gourd body swelling and drawing back in the way the flower head does. Art glass, formed by hand, holds light softly rather than reflecting it, so the body reads full and soft instead of hard and glassy. A slim iron pedestal draws a firm line under all that softness. Topped with a linen drum shade, it belongs on a bedroom dresser, an entry console, or a pair of nightstands.
