Cook larger batches and serve more guests with the Hike Crew Outdoor Propane Deep Fryer featuring two stainless steel fry baskets and a 4.37-gallon oil capacity. Powered by up to 57,000 BTU, this outdoor deep fryer is built for camping trips, tailgates, backyard cookouts, and other gatherings where fast, high-capacity frying matters. The horizontal rear-burner system channels heated air through the fryer before exhausting it from the rear, helping oil heat more evenly and reach the ideal 325°F to 350°F frying range in under 15 minutes. The weatherproof push-button ignition provides fast startup, while the built-in color-coded thermometer lets you monitor oil temperature at a glance and use the flame regulator valve to fine-tune heat for consistent frying results from batch to batch.
Two separate stainless steel baskets with cool-touch handles let you prepare different foods side by side, such as chicken and fries, fish and hushpuppies, or shrimp and sides, helping reduce wait times when cooking for a crowd. A built-in drain lever and flexible hose simplify oil removal for cleanup or storage, while the included CSA-approved regulator supports connection to a standard 20-pound propane tank, sold separately. Setup is simple with all required hardware, an Allen wrench, clearly marked components, and an illustrated manual included. For added versatility, the fryer can be paired with an optional side shelf for extra prep space or an optional wheel assembly with locking stoppers for easier mobility, with both accessories sold separately.
