Customers praise the product for its good quality, attractive appearance, and excellent value, noting that the frames are well-made and reasonably priced. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the material, with some customers expecting wood but receiving plastic, while others appreciate the real glass. The design is generally well-received, though one review mentioned a gap issue.
