Many reviewers highlight the massage and heat features as enjoyable additions, though opinions on the massage function are mixed, with some finding it weak or noisy, while others appreciate its relaxing vibration. The size of the product is also a point of contention, with some finding it perfect for smaller spaces and their stature, while others feel it is too small, particularly for taller individuals.
