Customers have mixed opinions regarding the product's appearance and accuracy of representation. While some feel it looks like real tile, others find it to be a poor quality photo print on canvas. There are also concerns about the color and material not matching expectations, with some customers noting it appears off-white or taupe instead of the expected blue.
