Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and excellent quality, noting its soft velvet fabric and elegant tufted design. The size is frequently mentioned as perfect for various spaces, and many appreciate the vibrant color options. However, some reviewers find the product to be too lightweight, causing it to slide on hard floors and feel less substantial. There are also isolated reports of minor damage upon arrival, such as loose buttons.
