Customers appreciate the product's careful packaging and attractive appearance, noting the nice black color and ribbed design. The quality is generally considered good, with frames feeling sturdy and looking great. The product offers versatility with options for both wall hanging and freestanding display. However, opinions on the material are mixed, with some reviews indicating it is plastic made to look like wood, while others mention real glass and wood construction.
