Customers find this product to be very comfortable and a great value for the price. The electric lift assist is highly appreciated, especially by those with mobility issues or recovering from surgery. Many reviewers also praise the ease of assembly and the convenience of features like cup holders and USB ports. However, some customers noted that the massage function is more of a vibration and the heat is not very strong. There were also mixed opinions regarding the chair's size, with some finding it not as "oversized" as expected.
