I have a photograph that is dear to me. It was taken in July 1999. On the photograph my hands holding my father’s hand. It was standing on my side table all these years in a beautiful handmade ceramic frame, but unfortunately not long ago it fell down and broke. The photograph is 5”x5”, and it is almost impossible to find a picture frame of this size. I was looking for this frame for a while and finally decided to purchase it. And no, it is not good enough for my cherished photograph. First of all, it is light on weight and just flimsy. The glass is paper thin. The back of the frame has only 1 clip to hold it inside. The support leg stretches too far backwards, so the frame stands up at the weird angle. Then I noticed, the photo inside doesn’t sit in one place, but moves around. In short, cheap frame. My photograph deserves better. I already purchased another frame (from Wayfair), even though it is 3”x5” and I had to cut my photograph a little, but the quality is very good. This one went to trash.
