Love the chair and the price. Arrival time as well.

When my order arrived it was damaged in the back on the right side. I contacted customer service and they were able to refund me back some of my money. Of course I’m not happy about the damages but I am satisfied with the partial refund. This loveseat recliner is comfortable for my husband and I. It was easy to install. I’d give 5 stars if it hadn’t came in damaged.

Delivery Driver left both units at bottom of stairs for me and my wife to carry up 3 flights of stairs. I figured they would have at least brought it to my door and not leave it out in the open. Once my wife and I got them upstairs they were easy to assemble. They look great as well. So other than the driver leaving at bottom of stairs product was great.
