Absolutely uncomfortable! I’ve never sat on anything this uncomfortable in my life and I’ve sat on concrete blocks. I contacted customer service and they refuse to he of any productive help. They want to be paid close to $100 for you to return the item. I will not shop at wayfair anymore. You lost my business.
