The stool is easy to assemble, sturdy and looks beautiful. Pleased with purchase.

Better than expected!!! Very heavy wood stool with a wide base that won’t be easy to tip over with the grandchildren on them. Perfect size for them in the camper at the bar I added to the island.

The bad design flaw on this stool is that there are FOUR BLACK PURPOSELY painted SPOTS on the top of the seat. My husband and I decided to keep the two pack of stools since we were needing to do other restoration work on our old furniture. We sanded the tops of both stools and re-stained them and put 3 coats of polyurethane on the seat to GET RID of those ugly PURPOSELY PAINTED black spots. The added photo is what our restoration work did to make the seats of the stools much more aesthetically pleasing. We are not yet able to use the stools because the polyurethane has yet to dry. We are glad that the seats are made of solid wood.

I just put these together. I am pleased with the quality and the simplicity of the assembly.

These chairs are hard to sit on. The legs are sharp on your ankles. The wood is not strong enough to last long term. They may look good but you will be sorely disappointed after a few days. I want a refund and a new set of chairs that meet my criteria.
