The fountain is very beautiful. The fountain did arrive damaged and I returned it for another fountain. The 2nd fountain also arrived damaged. I was so very disappointed I returned the fountain for a full refund .

Item came damaged. See photos. Tried to return it and their AI app said the manufacturer would contact me to fix the problem. I did not want it fixed - I wanted to return it because with the broken piece, I was concerned with its lack of quality. Wayfair refuses to process the return. Said again it’s a manufacturer issue. So BEWARE ... it appears Wayfair’s return policy is ’it is the manufacturer’s issue’! Will never buy from them again.

Very beautiful and calming piece added to my backyard. Relaxing and feeling peaceful looking at it and listening to while working from home. Easy setup and shipping is fast. Only downside is: came broken into pieces but customer service was very helpful and quick respond. I was able to get the replacements fast. I have to glued back few pieces to the top part and hidden in the back. I am satisfied with Wayfair fast solutions. Thank you so much for the quick replacements. Overall I am happy with the item and Wayfair great customer’s service.

Poorly constructed fountain, we put the top on and the neck of the pagoda fountain broke.

This is a beautiful and substantial water feature! I loved it so much I bought 2. It does require some maintenance to keep the water flowing like the picture. 1- make sure the water levels in the bowl are full. 2- if water pressure is low try to clean the pump of debri it def will suck up junk like leaves pollen dead bugs. 3-another tip for flow is make sure you raise the pump to (+) side to increase the flow. 4- if the water flow at the top canopy is not coming down like rain you must clean the pin hole opening in the track with a toothbrush. It does collect debri like pollen. Alpine’s customer service is phenomenal they truly stand by their products and if you have any issues they are quick to respond and help you. Their contact information is included in the instructions packet. This has been lovely relaxing zen addition to my garden this summer.

Love this fountain. I had a problem with delivery and it was taken care of in a week! Very good customer service and the product is great. I would definitely recommend this product.
