This modern hardwood line features new wood, sealed with the chemical-free, centuries-old Japanese technique called Shou-sugi-ban. This time-honored process brings out the intricate grain in each piece of wood, highlighting the naturally occurring patterns and colors. These shelves are glued and screwed to a substantial 11" depth, making them deep enough to provide excellent storage space. The depth is perfect for storing dishes. These shelves will provide a contemporary and stylish accent to any room.
Features
- The back of the shelves is routed out at 32" on center to ensure hitting wall studs. Brackets must be mounted into studs. Routing allows shelves to sit flush against the wall.
- Sturdy steel brackets mount into studs with (2) 2.5" lag bolts. Shelves are tested up to 100 lb capacity. Brackets are angled up to 1 degree to compensate for the weight of dishes, etc.
