Absolutely beautiful bedroom set. Very pretty, and very nice color. So much storage space and really comfortable. LOVE IT!

The worst order I have ever encountered Ordered in August Never completed order till December Know one knew how to get with the delivery company Always dropping parts of the order And then multiple duplicates Multiple calls every day!!! Then the “white glove delivery and set up did not occur I had to set this bedroom set myself I will never order major furniture again! There were some very courteous people I spoke to and tried to help and others didn’t care to help at all I saved all emails This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced And as you know I am a loyal Wayfair shopper

Was damaged upon arrival with a major scratch and 3 of the drawers not working.

Poor quality not sturdy looks horrible totally dissatisfied and disappointed states solid wood not true The setup team was great but that’s all

Quality is not good and bed has missing hardware

i like the set. seems smaller when placed in a large room. the color is not quite gray but nice looking. bought it for the extra storage

Very nice set. Heavy and assembly took a lot of time. Chest drawers arrived cracked and broken. Awaiting replacement

The set is of poor quality. No parts of it are made of “solid wood” as advertised. It’s particle board. Very disappointed! Also it arrived damaged.

Set is beautiful- unfortunately it came with some damage we are having to repair. Set is on back order so our only option is to repair.

Love, love, love my bedroom set. Three pieces were damaged, so far I've received two waiting on the third. Very different and beautiful.
