Poorly packaged, both crushed! I buy tons of things on Wayfair and these items came to me destroyed. But now the customer has to jump through loopholes to contact manufacturers to get replacements. This is not fair when customers are buying from WAYFAIR which means WAYFAIR SHOULD handle it! This is ridiculous and will definitely make me think twice about continuing as a customer. Between my home and company, we spend 20,000-30,000 per year! But these new rules will change my purchasing at Wayfair.

Horrible packaging. Only protected at top and bottom. Floated around in box during shipping. The torch can was dented and it took an hour to get all the broken styrofoam off the statue. I’m shocked it wasn’t broken. Quality of statue is great but much lighter in weight than expected. Definitely looks like the photo.

I would give this 5 stars except for the tiny tiki oil can. Why can't they put something larger than a 3 inch can considering the size of this item!

Beautiful for back yard ambiance. Heavy, tall, thing head for elegance.

If you want to make a statement in your yard…..this is it. Everyone that comes over takes a photo and says they want one. Don’t hesitate….looks awesome. The torch is a big plus….we are using the fuel that keeps bugs away.

First one arrived damaged - but on the second try we were successful. Looks great in our backyard by the pool everyone loves it!

The oil lamp torch is a great addition to my outdoor pool area I wish they were a bit heavier for windy days.

Love this statue! Very impressive and it makes quite a statement! The flame at night is very bright, definitely recommend adding this statue to your yard.
