I waited too long before I put chair together. The frame was bent or the screw holes were in the wrong places. I am donating chair and maybe someone can make it work. I have one that I have had for years and thought I was ordering the same chair but it was different. Moral of this story is take it out of the box and inspect it right away. I was so disappointed and disassembled and put it together for a second time. Still not correct with the pieces supplies included.

it was great when we first purchased; but after a couple of years - it was on it's last leg LOL. It no longer would raise up and the "leather" wore out but that's the wear and tear I suspect of being in constant use? I think this is good initially but if you are not going to be using it often then go for the more expensive version.

Love the style. just wished it had a little more cushion in the seat.

I have found that the more complicated and the more accessories an office chair has, the less comfortable it is. This chair has a modern & sleek design, yet is comfortable. The chair is not too deep and provides great lumbar support. The arms are set low and allow you to push the chair completely under a desk when not in use which is a total space saver. Highly recommend!

It's okay, in the beginning. But, the seat starts to break down after months of usage and becomes very uncomfortable to sit in for long hours. Armrests have no cushion in case people need to rest their arms on them. Wouldn't recommend on this!

As advertised! Chair is comfortable for lounging and office work. I use it with my glass at home office
