Mackenzie Sofa

This is a lovely, well-built sofa, but the color description is misleading. It is listed as "beige," yet the one I received is more of a grey/putty tone—nowhere close to beige. The listing does note that “colors may vary slightly due to variations in computer monitors,” but as a digital print and photography professional using a top-of-the-line monitor, I can say this is not a slight variation. It’s an entirely different color. On the positive side, delivery was quick, and the delivery team was professional and friendly. I’m genuinely sorry to have to return it. I’ve ordered a fabric sample for another sofa in hopes it will match the beige description more accurately. For reference, I’ve attached a screenshot of the product description photo (beige) alongside photos of the sofa I received. As you can see, the difference is significant.

I also got the loveseat. Both pieces are the highest quality and look great in my living room.

The couch I received looks nothing like the color shown in the pictures—completely different shade, which was really disappointing. On top of that, it's extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions are stiff and offer no support. Overall, a big letdown. I wouldn’t recommend this couch if you're looking for comfort or accurate product photos.

Comfortable, plush cushions that do not let you sink so deep you can't get up. Appears well made. Not too large or small. Seats 3 adults easily. It is darker than pictured. I was expecting a lighter look, but will change accessory decor to make it work. All up, it is an attractive, traditional couch.

Delivery was great and the sofa is just perfect. Beautiful fabric and color and the size is perfect.
