I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. The dining table and chairs look beautiful on our patio. I would say when the chairs are being packaged more care should be taken. We had several chairs and also the table with scratches or small cracks because the pieces were not protected for scraping against each other in the box. I really like the chairs and 5hey match our new Moana table we bought. The only thing I would like to mention is that the picture of the cushions are a bit deceiving. They look more beige in the picture and they are darker taupe. Which I am happier with because of I was worried about them getting dirty. This patio chair set makes an excellent seating solution in your garden, patio, and any patio living space. This outdoor chair combines steel frame and WPC slats, making it weather-resistant, durable and suitable for outdoor use. The chairs feature an understated and industrial design, adding a touch of style to your garden or patio. The patio chairs are easy to clean and maintain. Additionally, they can be stacked to save space when not in use.

Broken slat. Obviously was not welded on a jig...had to use dead-blow hammer and ratchet-strap to install slat assemblies. Threads both male and female were painted...be carefull of cross-threading. Once screw is started use 10mm socket and at least ratchet (preferably cordless drill) to tighten (throw away stamped wrench.) Once all screws are started sit on flat surface and finish tighten all screws. Stupid chairs look great but back is horribly uncomfortable... not much room for cushions. You're going to spend many minutes removing sticky plastic from each slat that was applied before pop-rivets were installed. A couple of slats had black washers under rivets that were obviously mis-drilled. Plan to spend about 4 hours on 4 chairs. The chairs are great! Nice and wide seat…sturdy…and (hopefully) authentic, pure teak that will sustain weather. Time will tell. My lower rating is regarding the delivery.
