Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. I got the 12 piece turquoise set. The light grey cushions that came with it were nice but when switching to the much better quality turquoise covers, one of the grey cushions covers ripped at the zipper. They have sent a replacement hassle free. As for the quality of the sectional itself, I couldn’t be more pleased. I put them together by myself fairly quick. I purchased this to add to my original sectional. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the sectional that I purchased 2 months ago. I really like the quality of the material. The cushions and the fabric are obviously better than the cheaper options. The synthetic wicker has more thickness to better resemble the natural ones. The aluminum frames are very light weight.
