We purchased two of the couches along with a rocker set and side table. They are fairly comfortable to sit and lay on. This set did have thinner cushions compared to other sets on the website, but they did say they are high density foam which seems to make a difference. I took off a star for the ease of assembly. The assembly was a bit of a pain. Do yourself and your sanity a favor and use a wratcheting screw driver (the correct allen bit was included with ours). This will save you time and frustration. The instructions were also a bit unclear and the QR code on the manual that was supposed to show an assembly video did not match up with the couch that was sold. Overall, we are pleased with it and would recommend.. Sandra. Potterville, MI. Sun Apr 26 2026

We received the sofa a few weeks ago waiting for a gazebo to be put up. Once it was we had fully intended on assembling ourselves, not taking into consideration arthritis and inability to bend much. We started assembling and quickly realized it would be worth paying the $157.00 total to have it assembled. I was able to quickly set it up with a timely appt sent to us. I took the day off work. Early on day of appt, it was canceled and rescheduled at the end of the week. Noproblem. I took another day off work. 20 minutes before the appt, Angi cancelled it AGAIN!! Loss of 2 days pay and no sofa assembled. We had someone come and do it with my husband. It was not an easy assembly. Screws all there, but wrong, holes missing or on an angle, or covered by the wicker, instructions incorrect. It got assembled. Sofa is nice, tall enough for people and cushions thick enough. Overall, sofa is good.. DO NOT USE THE ASSEMBLY PROGRAM. Very inconsiderate of the customer's time and unprofessional. I did have no problem with Wayfair issuing a credit, though I do have to wait 10 days to see if this does happen. Probably will, but hopefully does not require followup on my part. I am tired of the drama from this purchase. I'd still use Wayfair again, just am wary of what I order.. Victoria. Foxboro, ON. Sat Aug 31 2024
