Incredibly deceptive, we still don’t really know what’s going on. The listing says sectional and shows all of these pieces of furniture and says the original price was like $2500 and after almost 5 weeks it says it was partially shipped and I got on with customer service to try to get more clarity and she assured me that no my full order was coming not partial-then when they brought this one small piece with no ends like in the picture and absolutely nothing else with it. They notified me that part of my order was delivered. Now it says my order was delivered as in nothing else is coming at all and they want $150 to take this $1,500 joke back. Sectional means multiple pieces-it definitely said sectional not sofa. They have now changed the description we are just absolutely disappointed, disgusted and don’t know what to do but we really hope that Wayfair will still make this right somehow.. Angie L.
