​Great pergola and easy assembly, but with a couple of issues ​We really like this pergola, and the whole family is thoroughly enjoying the shade it provides on our deck. It was quite easy to assemble (we only needed two people for the posts and main beams) and I was able to do the rest by myself. ​However, there are a couple of things worth pointing out. As shown in the photos, some of the holes on the beams were not pre-drilled, which made installation a bit more difficult. Additionally, the hook used to move the louvers arrived with rust spots and a poor finish, which is disappointing for a brand-new item. Due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to contact customer service to make a claim. Overall, it's a good product, but quality control could definitely be better.. Victor . Utah. Sat Jul 25 2026

This pergola is much more solid and sturdy than most you’ll see at the big box stores. Instructions are straightforward and everything is labeled. I’m happy with it overall. Not to say there aren’t issues. Some of the welds are poor quality. I also had to deal with a couple of dents that made it hard to join pieces. All the bolts are 10mm, even for the base, which seems to be undersized. The shipping box looked like it was dropped from a moving vehicle…it was really bashed up but fortunately everything was in pretty good shape. Love my pergola. I've had it now five years. Had to hire a handyman and crew to assemble for me. But worth it. And over the years made my own modifications.
