I chose Polywood for no maintenance, heavyweight, and longevity. I assembled this myself. No issues. Best advice is to not tighten all the screws so you are able to move pieces a little while assembling. Then go through and tighten all when complete. Followed instructions. All hardware included. This is very well made and sturdy set! The cushions are a little too firm for me, but I tend to lean towards the soft and fluffy cushions. The upholstery is very durable and it passed the waterproof test with drops of water on it and it didn’t absorb through. There are nice little attached hooks that you can put through the furniture to keep the cushions in place. The cushions also have a zipper attached if you need to remove for cleaning. Great set!.
