Love my new gazebo! Luckily my very handy husband has the patience & skills to read the directions carefully and put it all together. I'll start with delivery. Gazebo arrived in 2 boxes, one box 2 days after I ordered and the other a day later. It was very well packaged, none of the pieces were bend or missing. 5-stars on that. Considering this is a huge gazebo with a price tag of just $1.1K I was a little worried about the quality. Was pleasantly surprised. It is solid and really looks like it will be able to withstand the test of time. Now about putting it all together. BTW, I am software engineer, not somebody who works at construction. On the first day I did all except the roof. I did it mostly by myself with a symbolic help of my 7-year old daughter. All of the holes lined up just fine and I did that in probably 4 hours or so. I read the comments how much of a hard time some of the others had with the roof, but since my first day was so easy, I was thinking maybe it was exaggeration. There are 20 different size panels that make up the roof. With the help of my 12-year old son, we just did 3 of them in about 3.5 hours. They just didn't want to slide into their places. The following day I tried again, and you basically need to figure out how to slide them in. Carefully, bit by bit, making sure they are lining up correctly. I wish I made a video, because there isn't much available on youtube and video that the supplier provided the link to, just doesn't have enough explanation. Anyway, I did the remaining 17 panels of the roof in maybe 3 hours by myself. End result look gorgeous.. Vladimir. Newcastle, WA. Thu Feb 27 2020

This outdoor gazebo withstands various weather conditions, ensuring lasting quality for all your outdoor activities.

We are very happy with this gazebo. The wood quality is very good, and the finished product looks beautiful and sturdy in our backyard. Assembly was easier than expected. Two people in the family were able to put it together without hiring outside workers. The instructions were clear, and the parts fit together well. I would recommend wearing gloves during assembly to help avoid scratches or small injuries, and having a ladder will definitely make the process easier. One thing I would suggest is adding an extra coat of wood stain or sealer if you want more protection. I did that for mine because I want it to last longer. Even without it, I think the wood feels durable, but if you live in a humid area or want extra long-term protection, adding a wood sealer is a good idea. One of my favorite things is simply sitting inside the gazebo in the early morning or late afternoon. The shade, fresh air, and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It has become one of our favorite spots in the backyard.. Jonanthan Kim. Rapidan. Tue Jun 02 2026

We bought and assembled this gazebo 2 years ago. A month after we put it together, it was subjected to a derecho wind which moved it a few feet until it became wedged under our lanai roof. I ordered this and added the professional installation option. The gazebo itself arrived on time, and throughout the process Wayfair's customer service was responsive and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the installation experience was a nightmare. The contractors repeatedly cancelled appointments at the last minute, forcing us to reschedule multiple times. One morning appointment was even cancelled at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the installation. After several delays, someone finally arrived only to tell us that a required part was missing. We were then informed that the replacement part would take several weeks to arrive. At that point, we ended up canceling the order and begin the refund process. I appreciate Wayfair's customer service and how quickly they responded whenever we reached out. However, the installation contractor they use was awful. I would order products from Wayfair again, but I would think twice before paying for their professional installation service.. Sunny. Sun Jul 19 2026
