It looks great! Sturdy and sleek. The directions were sketches and clear to understand. All pieces were well marked! It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place.. This is a nice looking umbrella. The fabric is thick and the metal part seems sturdy. The crank function is easy to use and it seems like it will last a long time, although I can’t yet speak of the longevity. I removed a star because the base seems flimsy and has to be reinforced with bags filled with sand. I like a cleaner look of a heavy-duty base that is made of concrete or a base that can be filled with water. I’d still recommend but I would just have preferred a different base.. Janel. I love them. They match the table and carpet I bought. Unfortunately, there were NO INSTRUCTIONS in the box. I'm good but not that good. The person who came to assemble them was also surprised that the instructions were missing, but sussed it pretty quickly. I love tje entire grouping. Thanks for having just what I needed!. Gretchen.
