4 stars because it has great potential and made with great quality. However shipping was a bit of a challenge. Had to be home and available for shipping so they can place it in the first room available.. But my delivery personnel said they couldn’t do that because they aren’t allowed to take it off the pallet. It was only 3 steps but they refused. So it was left in the walkway of the front door. My neighbors helped me get it on the deck. Anyways it was broken at the top and busted at the bottom (see pictures). Customer service offered to replace but I didn’t want to deal with the headache of possibly having another issue with delivery. They included patch paint to fix blemishes if you needed. The power cord is rather short, so make sure you place it near a power outlet or a proper extension. The fireplace is Very heavy and seems pretty sturdy. It comes with a cover that fits perfectly when the fireplace is not in use. The sliding drawer for the propane tank is such a nice touch, keeps it hidden. Truly is a beautiful piece to add to your yard for those chilly nights.. Jasmine. US. Sat Feb 08 2025

We needed a light weight, modular fireplace, and this did the trick. Nice look, with solid stone(esq) finish. Be cautious of the total weight, orginally showed 700-800 lbs, but was really around 1400-1500 lbs. We used the Wayfair service for delivering and setting up - worth it! It is large fireplace, which come almost completely assembly. Getting it off the truck and in our yard took time, then getting the entire fireplace off the wooden pallet, was more challenging, but once done, really like the look!. Matthew. Wyomissing, PA.
