Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. We are very happy with this gazebo. The wood quality is very good, and the finished product looks beautiful and sturdy in our backyard. Assembly was easier than expected. Two people in the family were able to put it together without hiring outside workers. The instructions were clear, and the parts fit together well. I would recommend wearing gloves during assembly to help avoid scratches or small injuries, and having a ladder will definitely make the process easier. One thing I would suggest is adding an extra coat of wood stain or sealer if you want more protection. I did that for mine because I want it to last longer. Even without it, I think the wood feels durable, but if you live in a humid area or want extra long-term protection, adding a wood sealer is a good idea. One of my favorite things is simply sitting inside the gazebo in the early morning or late afternoon. The shade, fresh air, and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It has become one of our favorite spots in the backyard.. Jonanthan Kim. Rapidan. Tue Jun 02 2026

I’m very happy with this BBQ Gazebo! It is really nice! And, the hubby has said over over how sturdy it is. I’ve got to tell ya, he was not happy with me that I’d bought it to start because he prefers the metal products due to less upkeep longevity, in his opinion. But, he’s very happy with it now that’s it’s here together. As a matter of fact, we may buy 2 more modify them a bit to go across our patio for better shade more use of the patio in the summer mths. It’s very hot with the sun directly hitting it most of the day. He put the gazebo together by himself. My granddaughter I did help lift the roof once it was assembled to set it on the base, however. All parts were there, no damage at all easy to assemble. The only negative is the hub’s said we can’t sit the BBQ directly under it due to fore hazard Idk how accurate he is on that since that’s what the gazebo is made for. I’m just gonna wait see how that goes. We haven’t bbq’d since we got the gazebo so the jury’s still out. I’ve included some pics, but it’s not completely set up yet. If you’re considering it, I say go for it!!. Joyce. Morganton, NC. Tue Jul 21 2026

Absolutely Love My New Outdoor Space! I purchased the Purple Leaf 12×14 enclosed gazebo from Wayfair, and I absolutely love it! It is beautiful, spacious, sturdy, and looks even better in person. The wood-grain finish gives it a very nice, upscale look. We’ve turned ours into a true outdoor living space with flooring, an outdoor rug, two loveseats, a fire pit table, TV, and a solar-powered ceiling fan. I love having the front and back doors, and even with everything we are adding, the gazebo still feels comfortable and inviting. Be prepared—this gazebo arrives in 9 boxes! Assembly definitely takes time and patience. My husband and brother-in-law put ours together, and while they made it through successfully, they both felt the instructions could have been more detailed in certain areas. Having at least two people, taking your time, and organizing all of the pieces before starting will definitely help. You may also notice a few small openings around the structure where insects could potentially get in. Silicone is included, and we used it to seal those areas. I appreciated that the silicone was provided because it helped us address those small gaps. One challenge we had was that our yard is sloped, so getting everything level and managing rainwater around the gazebo required some additional planning. That was related more to our yard than the gazebo itself, but if your yard has a slope, it is definitely something to consider before installation. The solar ceiling fan has also been a great addition. It works well for the space and allows us to have some air circulation without needing electricity just for the fan. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. It completely transformed our backyard into another living and entertaining area. We now have a beautiful place to relax, watch TV, enjoy the fire pit, and spend time with family and friends. Still have to add my lights outside and in. Despite a few challenges during assembly and with our sloped yard, the finished gazebo was absolutely worth it. I would definitely purchase it again and highly recommend it!. Laquanda. VA. This gazebo is a game changer! Assembly is complicated, but can be accomplished step by step, and have at least 3 helpers! We receive compliments daily. Ours is one year old, it survived a western NY winter, with a few bolts shaking loose, but no big deal. The curtains are a bit of a job to put up and down, but really worth the effort. Buy the Purple Leaf brand, it is better made, heavier, worth the upgrade.. Debra. North Tonawanda, NY. Fri Aug 14 2026
