I will never buy anything again nor suggest anyone ever buy from this business. When i was looking into different coolers to buy i asked the online chat person if this cooler came with a battery and they said "yes, correct". It didn't. The cs person whom dealing with on has stopped calling me to either get a battery for or give a refund which she said would happen.
