Looks nice. Color was more grey than I expected since I ordered beige. It was not too bad to put together but one bolt bent/would not line up and did not go in properly. Seems like it will hold up anyway. Seat cushions are on the firm side while back cushions are more thin.. Cara. Pen Argyl, PA. Tue Jul 28 2026

Cozy cushions and a highly curved armrest just give the right amount of support for the head and neck, this sofa is an ideal choice for your year's last use.

I really like this sofa. I got royal blue and it really looks great on my deck. It was packaged great and only took about 30 minutes for 2 people to assemble (the only reason you need 2 people is so one can hold pieces while the other screws them in). All the holes lined up and the parts were perfect. I really wanted a high-backed sofa so I could have my neck supported and doze more easily - and they perfectly fits the bill. I only have 2 minor issues. As another reviewer said, the fabric is scratchy. Now, it's waterproof so It's not going to be super soft but I didn't like the way it felt on my bare arms. It's also hot, which I attribute to the waterproof nature negatively affecting breathability. But, it holds the heat of the day for quite a while after the sun has set. I found the cushions to be thick, firm, and very nice otherwise. But I could slightly feel a vertical bar behind my end/back cushion and it bothers me every now and then. I am a large person but not heavier than the weight capacity of the sofa (by far) so I don't know if my discomfort had to do with my size. I did not purchase the Carolina ottomans - the ones you see in the photos are by the same company but are called Gaetanino Wicker Outdoor Ottoman - I love them. I recommend this sofa!. Lisa. Hagerstown, MD. Tue Jun 16 2026

I got the 12 piece turquoise set. The light grey cushions that came with it were nice but when switching to the much better quality turquoise covers, one of the grey cushions covers ripped at the zipper. They have sent a replacement hassle free. As for the quality of the sectional itself, I couldn’t be more pleased. I put them together by myself fairly quick. I am very happy and will include some photos. I was still waiting on 2 of the chairs when I took these photos. They have since arrived but I haven’t taken any final photos. Jacob. Searcy, AR. Good quality but a little difficult to put together.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 06 2026

This wasn’t the easiest build. It’s definitely a two person job. Be careful not to strip the screws and that everything is precisely lined up. Otherwise it is difficult getting the screws in. Once you get it together it feels sturdy and comfortable. Hopefully cushions fluff more over time. It’s a great addition to our yard!. Helen. Richardson, TX. Wed Sep 30 2026

We purchased two of the couches along with a rocker set and side table. They are fairly comfortable to sit and lay on. This set did have thinner cushions compared to other sets on the website, but they did say they are high density foam which seems to make a difference. I took off a star for the ease of assembly. The assembly was a bit of a pain. Do yourself and your sanity a favor and use a wratcheting screw driver (the correct allen bit was included with ours). This will save you time and frustration. The instructions were also a bit unclear and the QR code on the manual that was supposed to show an assembly video did not match up with the couch that was sold. Overall, we are pleased with it and would recommend.. Sandra. Potterville, MI. Sun Apr 26 2026

This couch is quite comfortable. It has a nice height and support. I found it easy to assemble. I could assemble it by myself, but a helping hand would speed up the process. I was also impressed by the ratcheting tool provided. Thank you for that. The only downside I had was the colour of the seat cushions. They were supposed to be grey as illustrated by the other cushion from an outdoor foot rest. The cushions I received are more of a tan/taupe/sand colouring.. Surprised. ON. Wed Jul 22 2026
