They suggest that birdbath/fountain tops not be left outside in the winter. Once the top fills with water/snow and freezes, the top may crack. All birdbath/fountain bases, bench legs, and statuary should be raised up off the ground in winter so they will not freeze to the ground surface. Ideally, a fountain should be stored indoors in the winter away from the elements. However, if a fountain bowl must be left outside, remove all pumps, rubber stoppers, drain pipes, finials, and small components, and cover the top with burlap or any absorbent material (old blanket/towel) and then wrapped with dark plastic, making sure that water does not accumulate in the basin and freeze. Fountain pumps, finials, and other small components should be stored indoors. Check the fountain periodically to ensure that the cover is secure and water is not accumulating in any fountain component. Cast stone products provide timeless beauty to your garden or landscape.

Beautiful piece. Extremely well packaged and in perfect condition delivered by three very kind gentlemen. They were very careful in their delivery. The only comment I have is that nowhere on the Packaging does it state whether the internal packing material (a heavy duty curly straw like material ) is compostable, recyclable or just garbage. We try and minimize our curbside garbage. I tried calling and spent 10 minutes on the phone with no result.. Elizabeth. Bedford Ny. Thu Aug 06 2026

Wanted to upgrade from a water wiggler that a raccoon kept playing with and knocking over. This fountain has been the perfect solution. Easy to set up, the spray is not too high, but gurgles nicely from the spout. I do have to regularly remove pine needles now from the pump intake, but that would be the case with any fountain here in the Pacific Northwest.. Marci. Gig Harbor, WA. Mon May 12 2025
