Includes adjustable roof vent, lockable door, and quick-connect assembly system. Withstands 50 mph winds and 40 kg/sqm snow load. Perfect for year-round plant cultivation, doubles as lounge space. Bring a bright, sunroom-inspired upgrade to your backyard with this spacious 16' W x 12' D x 7.1' H T-shaped walk-in greenhouse. The extra depth creates two distinct zones—one for thriving plants and one for relaxing, potting, or organizing tools—so your garden space works harder year-round. Setup is refreshingly simple thanks to a Quick-Lock, screw-free connector system that helps three adults assemble it in about 3–4 hours. Designed for real outdoor conditions, it features two adjustable roof vents and built-in drainage to promote healthy airflow, manage humidity, and prevent rainwater buildup. A reinforced aluminum structure with L-shaped corner plates, cross beams, and braces boosts stability and wind resistance, while UV-protected panels help retain warmth and filter harsh rays. Finished with a smart ridge cap that discourages birds, this greenhouse is an elegant, practical choice for growing—and enjoying—your outdoor space in every season.

We just finished assembling this greenhouse and I’ll start by saying — it is very large. Bigger than I expected in the best way. Our plan is to put some furniture inside so we can actually enjoy sitting in it during the colder months, especially here in Ohio, and also extend our growing season for plants and vegetables when it’s too cold outside. It arrives in four very large, very heavy boxes. My husband and I assembled it together, and I strongly recommend organizing all the pieces before you start. There are a lot of parts, and it helps tremendously to get everything sorted out first. One important note: we do not yet have a concrete pad or platform built, so we assembled it directly on the ground. That definitely complicated things because the ground isn’t perfectly level. We had to use shims in several places to get pieces to line up correctly. If you can build a level base first, do it — it will make your life much easier. The instruction manual is extremely long. This is not a quick afternoon project. You absolutely need to be comfortable assembling large, detailed items. My husband and I both have a lot of assembly experience, and it still took us about ten hours. If you’re not experienced with big builds, I would honestly recommend hiring someone. A couple pieces were a little bent, but nothing we couldn’t fix easily. There were a few spots in the instructions that weren’t totally clear — particularly which direction certain metal pieces should face (upside down or backwards wasn’t always obvious). We were able to figure it out as we went, but it did require some problem-solving. I’ve also read elsewhere that the UV panels have a correct direction for installation. The instructions did not mention this at all, so we had to make our best guess and hope orientation doesn’t matter. Clearer guidance there would have been helpful. As far as materials go, the metal frame is high quality and thick. It feels sturdy and well-made. The panels also seem solid. My one concern right now is wind resistance. The listing claims it can handle fairly high winds, but we recently had 30 mph winds and the structure was definitely shaking and lifting slightly. The included stakes are not sufficient in my opinion, so we’ll be upgrading the anchoring system. I do love that there are two doors. Both are heavy duty and glide smoothly, which makes it feel more substantial. It’s currently February with snow on the ground, so we haven’t fully set it up inside yet. I plan to update this review once we have furniture and plants inside and after we see how it performs long-term — especially in stronger winds. Overall: large, high-quality materials, but definitely a serious build and plan for better anchoring.. Victoria. Atwater, OH. Fri Feb 20 2026

We love the Greenhouse although it’s just a year later and we had to order emplacement panels as during a summer storm several panels were cracked during the rain storm and blown out from the frame. The Frame is very strong and had endured east coast winter 2025.. Faye. NJ. Mon Jul 20 2026

I purchased two of these and I'm very impressed with their durability. They are on Year #4 with a lot of direct wind and ocean elements and, other than the doors becoming a bit off kilter, they are holding up very well. They are mounted on cement, which I recommend. Great kit with quality parts and wonderful customer service. Make sure you clearly sort and label everything before you begin. Also have your foundation ready as it takes longer than you think. You should go to the Palram website and download the instruction manual before your order arrives and get prepared. For us, there was no way we could have put this kit up in half a day and we're still chuckling about that! We were stumped a couple of times, but customer service support from Palram easily helped us each time. It came out perfectly and I would easily give it five stars, but there are are a few things I would do differently on a Greenhouse of this quality and also . . . the kit instructions . . . a few extra words would have helped greatly instead of 99% photo instructions. Now on to planting!. Cassandra. Prescott, AZ. Tue May 10 2016

Packaging was good secure. Greenhouse itself was as expected. For the price, its a nice unit. Structure firmed up nicely well the glass glue bottom brackets we secured to the deck. Instructions could use more precise information including part markings to help with the construction. The true test will be when the weather turns full winter but I believe by the look of things that it should hold up well. The only unfortunate issue was the missing glass glue. I contacted Wayfair received a prompt reply from Parts Outreach detailing the quick solution of the manufacturer sending out the glue right away. The next Wayfair email informed me the manufacturer was out of stock offered me 4 option ranging from partial credit to full refund. So far I was pleased with the prompt customer service. I chose a partial credit by their provided link purchased the glass glue by myself. Finished the final construction was pleased with the result. The partial credit was to be available within 24 hrs but upon checking a few days later, didnt received it. Followed with an email inquiry using the same link but received no reply. Called Wayfair was informed that case was closed since I never replied to the offer. Mind you this was scant days in waiting for a reply using their link. I firmly pointed out that I had the emails thru the Parts Outreach link was beyond dissatisfied at this stage. The associate, Charlize, put in the effort to make this right to me satisfaction. Her efforts were key in keeping me as a customer. Im hoping my situation is forwarded to Wayfair management to eliminate this type of poor handling of the communication prematurely closing the case but also to applaud Charlize for her efforts. Missing partsreplacements happen but good customer service cant be beat. Moral to the story is Im very pleased with the construction look of the greenhouse while the customer service had its issue, ultimately the final efforts have kept my confidence on shopping Wayfair. So much so, I just purchased another cat door. ). Thomas. Whitewater, WI. Thu Oct 29 2026

Love this greenhouse. There is a lot of space inside and it holds heat very well which allows us to heat it and grow during the extra seasons. Overall the structure is decently solid for what can be expected and holds up well to stronger winds. The double doors make for a great feature that allow for getting in and out easier with larger items/plants. In addition to the double doors, there are 4 windows that open in the roof to help vent the structure with ease on hot days where the sun will over heat easily. A temperature sensor/alarm is great for warning of any overheat during the day or approaching cold temperatures at night. The Installation is rather long with hundreds of bolts/nuts to be fastened but the end result is worth it. Also it can be noted that some time will also be spent on a ladder for this process as well as you will need to purchase a decent amount of glue/silicone to seal in all the panels.. Tyler.
