This chair is an absolute must for a backyard. It has plenty of room to sit comfortably and the neck pillow is just perfect for me to rest on. Every single time I'm in it I want to go to sleep. I did have a problem with one of them. The bottom part would not connect to the upper and the chair was useless. I was supposed to get a replacement part but it never came. I had to call and was told the company canceled my order but I was never notified. So a whole new chair was going to ship out to me but once again it was sold out. I needed 2 chairs so I ended ordering the gray one causing me now to no longer having match chairs. Even with the small incident I still give it a 5 stars due to it being such a comfortable chair. Great big hammock that fits two people comfortably. Not for swinging, but for lounging. Can sink pretty low if you don’t adjust the hooks and chains it comes with. Easy to put together and to dissemble for off seasons. The only thing is that the fading of color is noticeable due to the sun bleaching and the the silver buttons you push in to disassemble can get stuck if rusted, but it’s a easy fix with some rust away. We love the product and its portability feature and would have given a 5 star rating. However, we are giving a lower rating because of quality control and quality assurance issues. I ordered a brown hammock because it better matched our backyard hardscape. We received a black one with red, yellow, and green stripes at the end (photo included). The black hammock received had only 3 jump rings. Without the expected 4th and 5th jump rings, the hammock can’t be adjusted to a lower position for the family members under 5’ tall (photo included). Also, one pair of the short diagonal bars only had two notches instead of the three mentioned on the instructions which impacted the adjustment and alignment of the hammock (photo included).
