To ensure the optimal performance, safety, and longevity of your cooler cart, kindly adhere to the following usage instructions: It is crucial to drain the water from the cart's compartment promptly after use, as failure to do so may result in: 1. Compartment Expansion: Accumulated water left untreated may cause the compartment to expand, distort or crack. 2. Reduced Insulation Efficiency: Moisture can compromise the insulation properties, allowing heat to penetrate more easily and reducing the cart's ability to maintain chilled temperatures. 3. Structural Damage: Prolonged exposure to moisture can weaken the cart's structure, making it unstable and unsafe for use. Thank you for your attention to these important guidelines. Safe usage and proper maintenance will maximize the performance and lifespan of your cooler cart. Are you looking for a high-quality cooler? i have both the 25 qt and the 52 Qt BMX caolers. Their rotomold design allows you upgrade them to the performance level of the much more expensive yeti and Rtic brand coolers. Common to both of those manufacturers , the BMX coolers incorporate a molded lip along the edge on the underside of the lid ,which when closed, fits into a channel that runs along the top of the cooler walls.By adding adhesive backed 1/4 inch rubber weatherstrip "D" ( Inserted into the channel) you increase the ice retention to match that of the Yeti and RTIC product, as that rubber weather stripping is really the only functional element that distinguishes the 3 brands.. The IceMule traveler is a cooler like no other with a 35-liter capacity, 48+ hours ice retention, bowhead top for easy loading, waterproof top zipper, and supreme toughness and durability.

What separates the soft-sided cooler from the competition is the fact that the HD-30 is entirely welded while most of its counterparts are sewn. By welding all seams, warm air is kept out, dramatically increasing the life of the ice or ice packs inside. The welded seams ensure there will be no air or water leaks, and allow the soft-sided HD-30 to keep beverages cold for 4.5 days in 90° temperatures, according to an independent review. The HD-30 boasts an outer shell composed of durable 840 denier fibers, which provide maximum strength and abrasion resistance. The front and backside are laminated with a Thermal Plastic Urethane (TPU) film, adding another layer of strength and puncture resistance. The cooler has closed-cell foam insulation, preventing air from passing through it and improving the thermal range of the cooler. With a welded waterproof and air resistant zipper that does not require lubrication for optimum function, this cooler has a capacity of 32Qts and can be carried with tote handles or with a single padded strap. Like other models, the cooler has an integrated bottle opener. New in this cooler is patent-pending vacuum valve technology. Customers should use a vacuum to suck out excess air before the first use for optimum performance.
