Wow! I feel sorry for the other guys that are drawn to the inferior pits that are offered here. There are a few that match quality materials and style. Very few exceed it though. It is smaller than many other pits however, there are larger cast iron pits but costing much more! Our pit will fit our cozy corner in my garden nicely. The grate is solid and unlike many other pits, it requires a rocket scientist to assemble. So don’t be fooled by the fancy unnecessary add ons , and don’t get attached by the fine finishes offered. You will be replacing both soon enough with your next pit! Fire pits are supposed to look like this iron pit which will age gracefully and rust won’t claim it any time soon. Buy a cover for 15 bucks and you’re gold. Don’t let an added cover sway you to an inferior piece. Or don’t be led to a pit with a added poker. Use a stick!! If you are looking for a pit that is easy to put together, will look great a long time, is versatile as a cooker and will last a long time with minimal fuss and capital, DUH !!! Buy this pit!!!. This is completely misrepresented in the description. While it is a very attractive fire pit, none of it is cast iron. Not the wood bin, not the legs, none of it. It's stamped sheet metal welded at the corners. The price was much too high for a stamped steel fire pit - it should have cost less than $100.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 24 2019

Okay quality, wished it was thicker gauge. And a place to store wood at the base. Otherwise good product.. Anonymous. Sun Nov 01 2026

These smokeless fire pits amaze me! They are good at what they do for sure. Stood around mine for about 40 mins the other day and you could barely make out a slight smoky smell on my clothes. There are some distinct differences between this fire pit and the solo stoves. This thing is HEAVY duty (and just heavy) . Seems very sturdy, like it will last a while. A second difference is this thing gets HOT! Unlike the solo that doesn't get hot on the sides and bottom, this fire pit does! For me I consider that an advantage, I have stood around numerous solo stoves that I could barely feel any heat from it unless I was standing right up against it. This one kicks out some nice heat.. Enjoy the evenings out in the garden or on the patio while staying warm by the fire. The fire bowl is a perfect source of a low flame for roasting marshmallows or just lighting up the evening.

This is a very heavy and solid fire pit. It is so unique and modern looking. We designed it to sit in a corner on our deck and built it to spec. Unfortunately, it is really heavy and when it arrived, it was cracked throughout. We were worried these hairline fractures would spread. So far they are holding. The materials it's made of seemed to be a marble, but it is a composite concrete or something which is why it cracked under the weight of the design. It's still so pretty. The tray to hold the logs isn't very deep and will only hold a few at a time. Kinda small, kinda expensive, but it's what we wanted. Hope it holds up.. Darlene. Chicago, IL. Tue Apr 06 2021

Perfect size for what I was doing. I ended up clear-coating the fire pit after I assembled to protect it outdoors. Ordered mainly for the foot rests. Will be eventually using it as a planter, but that may change. Seems sturdy and was easy to assemble.. Brent. Parkland, FL. Tue Sep 01 2026

We suggest taking it inside for bad weather to prolong its service life. A safety dome mesh lid with a ring helps to keep embers from flying away during the initial stage of the fire. It can be used as a fire pit, as well as a cooking grill! Made steaks and vegetables for dinner. Great when camping while big enough for a bunch of chairs to fit around it.
