Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece. All parts were made of high quality and consistent, no irregularity, now that's good QC! Clamps were the hardest to put on but I followed all instructions. These took a little bit to put together. Best if you have two people to put them together. They are great outdoor chairs. The color of the cushion is an oatmeal color, and it is perfect. They are sturdy, and the wicker material will hold up to the weather. We did use an extender on our screwdriver to help put the screws in.
