I really like this sofa. I got royal blue and it really looks great on my deck. It was packaged great and only took about 30 minutes for 2 people to assemble (the only reason you need 2 people is so one can hold pieces while the other screws them in). All the holes lined up and the parts were perfect. I really wanted a high-backed sofa so I could have my neck supported and doze more easily - and they perfectly fits the bill. I only have 2 minor issues. As another reviewer said, the fabric is scratchy. Now, it's waterproof so It's not going to be super soft but I didn't like the way it felt on my bare arms. It's also hot, which I attribute to the waterproof nature negatively affecting breathability. But, it holds the heat of the day for quite a while after the sun has set. I found the cushions to be thick, firm, and very nice otherwise. But I could slightly feel a vertical bar behind my end/back cushion and it bothers me every now and then. I am a large person but not heavier than the weight capacity of the sofa (by far) so I don't know if my discomfort had to do with my size. I did not purchase the Carolina ottomans - the ones you see in the photos are by the same company but are called Gaetanino Wicker Outdoor Ottoman - I love them. I recommend this sofa!. Lisa. The furniture is beautiful, sturdy and just what I thought I was going to be getting. I shopped around a lot and this was the best deal I could find. I love that the seat cushion is one piece so you’re not falling through the cracks. The assembly was super simple. Arrived undamaged. The instructions weren't the best, but it's not too bad to figure out. Ensure to avoid tightening all bolts except in step one until the very end. Color is good. No broken wicker straps. Quality is better than most plastic wicker. Cushions are very comfortable but unsure if the hold a lot of water after rains. Assembly took about 50 minutes.
