Great, sturdy mailbox. Looks fantastic. We now have by far the nicest mailbox on the street. It is pretty heavy (about 25lbs I believe) so make sure your post can handle it. Not a fan of the wood block for mounting. It will eventually rot. Would have liked to see a pvc product or similar. At some point this summer I’ll have to replace it so that I never have to worry about it in the future. Overall very happy. (Pictured with Eggers 5ft H in-ground decorative post). Andrew. The Merapi Large Parcel Drop Box changes that. Imagine coming home to find every package safely inside, not scattered across your porch. No more rushing home to beat the delivery driver. No more soggy cardboard on rainy days. No more worrying about porch pirates when you're away for the weekend. This isn't a flimsy plastic box or a thin-metal kit that rusts and bends. It's built from 1mm cold-rolled steel – thicker than standard 0.8mm – with a rust-proof powder coating that outlasts the seasons. The secure top slot lets couriers drop packages in without a key, while the pick-resistant lock and anti-fish baffle keep them safe from tampering.
