Beautiful furniture. Really exceeded my expectations BUT BEWARE the ropes are not black. They’re a gray/grease color. Luckily for me it all matched my decor, but if you’re wanting cream and BLACK material, this is not it. Also because we ordered two separate orders, they came at different times, with one out of three packages (each set is 3 boxes) came days late. Overall extremely happy with them. They’re beautiful and comfortable. I’m sure over time the cushions will start to become soft, but right now they’re sturdy and firm.. Veronica. Corpus Christi, TX. Thu Jul 22 2021

This is an attractive piece, however the frame seems a bit cheap for the price I paid. The frame that the seat cushions sit on top of is not very substantial, I expected it to be more solid, instead of a loose grid pattern. The overall look is good. There are some ends that weren't quite varnished as well as it could be, but not a big issue. The sofa and table didn't come with any instructions (but I think that is because UPS tore the box open horribly- thankfully nothing was damaged). It was easy to figure out how to put it together. The slats in the coffee table are all screwed individually, which adds stability. Overall, this is a great set for a good price.. Sidney. Oakland, CA. Thu Aug 18 2022

So many issues with putting this together and I’ve only assembled the chairs so far. My thumb is bruised from the allen key because it was so difficult to tighten the screws. The holes do not align. And some areas get to a point where I just cannot tighten anymore so the screws are exposed and it looks terrible. The final screw for one of the chairs split the wood. I wasn’t doing anything that was not part of the instructions. And no I did not completely screw one screw in before the rest. I did all sides evenly.. Shanna. Fri Feb 04 2022
