The base was crooked on the first set I ordered so I reached out to Wayfair right away. I submitted a couple of photos showing the crooked base. They immediately sent a new set, chairs and all and suggested I donate the first set. I wanted to share this photo showing the difference in the bases and I want to thank Wayfair for their trustworthiness and integrity in handling this situation.
