I've purchased several things through Wayfair and each of those was a pleasant experience. This hard-topped gazebo is beautiful now that it is complete and it looks impressive in our yard. We look forward to many years of use. But, it had a couple of misleading aspects to it The estimated construction time mentioned on the item's site was grossly understated. Even with the help of a second person for certain tasks, it took me more than 4 times the estimate in the listing -- and I am pretty experienced at constructing similar things. The product's installation instructions were nicely illustrated, but several parts were mis-labled in the instructions and several of the instructions didn't cover crucial details. More instructions and more explicit details would have been very useful. Some instructions were so ambiguous that I had to try out more than one possibility, going back and re-doing certain things. That is the product manufacturer's fault, though. Wayfair's transaction went very well. They are efficient, speedy, accurate and responsive. One quibble: in the time between placing my order and receiving the shipping confirmation (just a couple of days), the gazebo's price dropped almost $100. It would have been nice of them to give me the reduced price.. Thomas. MI. Sun Aug 09 2026

I ordered this and added the professional installation option. The gazebo itself arrived on time, and throughout the process Wayfair's customer service was responsive and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the installation experience was a nightmare. The contractors repeatedly cancelled appointments at the last minute, forcing us to reschedule multiple times. One morning appointment was even cancelled at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the installation. After several delays, someone finally arrived only to tell us that a required part was missing. We were then informed that the replacement part would take several weeks to arrive. At that point, we ended up canceling the order and begin the refund process. I appreciate Wayfair's customer service and how quickly they responded whenever we reached out. However, the installation contractor they use was awful. I would order products from Wayfair again, but I would think twice before paying for their professional installation service.. Sunny. Sun Jul 19 2026

This hardtop gazebo combines the natural look of wood with the strength of aluminum. The galvanized steel double roof is fade-resistant, rust-resistant, and sturdy enough to withstand heavy snow, strong winds, and harmful UV rays. Whether for a patio, garden, or deck, this wood-grain aluminum gazebo offers lasting beauty and durability without the decay, cracking, or rusting of traditional materials.

This gazebo was a great addition to our deck! It really elevated our outdoor space!. Denise. Newtown, PA. Sat Sep 05 2026

Equipped with a wood-look powder coat finish, real aluminum posts look like natural wood but are strong and durable enough for your outdoor use. Wood-look gazebos give a natural look that will not rot or crack like real wood, or rust-like iron frames, but will last for many years. The gazebo on the patio is made of high-end aluminum material as our panels. Compared with ordinary galvanized steel roofing, this material can block strong light and 99% of harmful UV rays, effectively block high temperatures on sunny days, and ensure sound insulation on rainy days. The sturdy roof of the pavilion is enough to solve the problem of heavy snow that many customers are worried about. It has a similar load-bearing capacity as galvanized sheets, and has more stable characteristics. It is durable and not easy to deform. You can use the included curtains and mesh to decorate it. The upgraded fabric not only effectively improves the overall texture, but also reserves enough privacy between the gazebo and the natural space.

This gazebo looks so nice! It seems sturdy and like it will stand up to the weather well. It took FOREVER to assemble, and at times it definitely needed two adults to put together. I recommend having at least two people on task to get it done. Ours arrived with some damage to the main support poles/legs. It was able to be assembled just fine so the damage is cosmetic only. I'm proactively giving a good rating, and will be back after assembly tomorrow. Good price, and I did some comparisons. I'm disappointed about the delivery. I've had large items delivered before a walk-in tub, custom sofa sleeper and both times, with specific, confirmed delivery instructions - had to get assertive with delivery guys, who prefer to drop these and similar items on my driveway in plain site. For this gazebo delivery, my instructions were to put these heavy boxes in my garage, which didnt happen. The garage doors were wide open FedX never cooperates UPS does. I can always depend on UPS. Ill see how this Assembly goes and then write my review. I'M BACK! Paying for the assembly was smart. 2 guys in uniforms showed up 7 am promptly the day of the predicted storm, and moved the boxes into my garage. They returned the following morning 7 am sharp, laid out all the pieces and had the gazebo built and secured to my deck. Then with owner supervising, the drapes/netting hung with completion in record time at 10:30 am. The gazebo is absolutely beautiful. My neighbor even took pictures of it. The addition of Wayfair's outdoor carpet ties it all together.. Turia. Vauxhall, NJ. Wed Oct 09 2024

When you want more privacy, you can pull the blackout curtains. The gazebo's simple and generous appearance allows it to blend into a variety of patio environments, adding a touch of splendor to your home.

Based on reviews and cost was the reason we went with this gazebo. It fits our space and the fact it has a metal roof was a great selling point. Our previous canopy had a canvas top which needed replaced every year. I did most of the install myself. I had very little help which was even necessary. It took me four days, so I went slow and steady. The picture only instructions were really pretty good. All the parts were there and all the holes lined up. Which brings me to building of the gazebo. I left all major screws and bolts that attached the horizontal rails to the legs loose. One of the issues mentioned in reviews was being able to make this thing “square.” I’m handy, but square can be tough at times. By leaving screws and bolts loose, it allowed me to make the necessary adjustments when installing the roof panels. Once all the roof panels were installed, I tightened up all the screws and bolts. It worked very well.. J Shiloh. Pasadena Md. Tue May 27 2025

Outdoor canopy gazebo looks great in backyards, terraces, lawns, courtyards, and other outdoor spaces. Constructed by large vertical stripes, the roof is double-top vented for optimal airflow and stability during strong winds. Features fully enclosed double-sided zipper, double trail system, and double layer sidewall. It can protect against insects, rain, and UV rays while enhancing privacy. Perfect for enjoying leisure time with your family and friends.

Solid structure and looks amazing do to exquisite assembly team. It was done in 2.5 hours and they arrived 2 hours before actual time expected. Unfortunately removing the plastic was a problem and did cause some structural damage by the assembly team. I would definitely advise to make sure you completely take off the plastic before you assemble it yourself or decide on using professional installation. Once the parts sit in the heat without taking off the plastic completely off it will definitely get damaged the roof frame if you try to take off once assembled. Otherwise it’s a solid and descent design and some people may opt to keep the plastic on but in extreme heat your are basically staring at duct tape all over the roof it’s looks more appealing on the website because the plastic was definitely completed removed. Lastly the hooks inside are definitely strong and durable to hold a ceiling fan. I’m currently waiting for a peaceful resolution I tried to order the replacement roof but currently on back order hopefully it’s easier to just order a brand new pergola. The only things that took a a couple of hours was doing the dissemble by my myself to get a brand new replacement or order another design. Hopefully there will be some compensation for this disaster. But again customer service has been very nice and responsive and hoping to get this resolved today to enjoy the yard.. Terrence. It fits perfectly in the area I needed it. I've had it for a few years now, the quality is good and I haven't had any issues with it so far. It has held up through winters and tornado weather. We don't have it anchored down in any way.. Brittany. Hortonville, WI. Tue Sep 01 2026

Ive been watching this gazebo for over a year and finally pulled the trigger when it went on sale for memorial day. It took 2 days to assemble with 4 people and a supporting cast of 3 wives grilling and refilling water bottles and of course telling us what was being done incorrectly.lol. It was a really enjoyable experience and the finished product is awesome. I layed out as many parts as I could to make it easier to grab what we needed per each step. Seemed to make it go a lot faster.. Anonymous. Mon May 25 2026

I managed to put this together by myself. Took two days but I really wasn’t in a hurry. Is decent if you don’t want the heavier metal top but something a bit sturdier than the cloth ones. No written instructions, only pictures. If you can find an assembly video I recommend taking a look at that. Instructions suggest gloves and I believe a mallet hammer. Absolutely use gloves, the rooftop left me with some decent cuts on my hands. If you’re ok with using your hand to “hammer” that works, but you definitely need to do that with the roof. It might seem like it won’t fit but that’s what the mallet hammer is for. Overall I like it but you do get what you pay for. This is not a 3k gazebo but I do believe it’ll hold up pretty well year round. Kym. Woodbridge, VA. Sat Apr 25 2026

The gazebo is made of aluminum with a double roof, mesh and fabric with privacy protection, and ground spikes to keep the gazebo firmly on the ground.
