Upon putting 2 of the 6 chairs together they were scratched the frames bent so the seat cover was crooked. A call to Wayfair they replaced the 2 chairs and we got them within a week. Looking forward to using the set. Thank you Wayfair for the excellent customer service!. Kim. Cincinnati, OH. Fri Aug 15 2025

I’ve spent hours on the phone with no resolution for a $700 table with no umbrella that was supposed to have one. I keep getting wrong information and the runaround. I was told they would cancel a pick up and they still showed up with my house and I had no box because I had paid somebody to assemble the table. Not happy. I still have to call again!. Laurie. FL.
