This chair is really comfortable and nice for relaxing outside. The canopy is a great feature because it gives some shade when sitting out during the day, and the footrest makes it much easier to kick back and relax. I also like the rocking/swinging feel. It makes the chair more relaxing than a regular folding chair. The cup holder is useful too, especially when using it on the patio, in the yard, or while camping. Both my husband and I looked for quite a while to find "camping chairs" that fit our need. When we started looking, we did not know to use that term to find chairs like this one, that were sturdy, easy to get in and out of, and looked nice. We wanted them for our front, glassed in porch and needed them to be foldable, comfortable, look nice, and easy to get in and back out of; we did NOT want a "beach chair" that is flimsy and low to the ground. We finally landed on this chair. I admit we have not had a chance to use them much and test them on different surfaces, but they are comfortable for us and we are both in our 70's.. Barbara L..
