It arrived in 3 shipments. Packaged better than anything I’ve ever received that was made in China. It takes a long time to assemble it all, but every hole lined up perfectly, every part ( there are many) was there along with every screw, bolt, washer, etc. needed. Might be worth the assembly fee if you’re not into putting stuff like this together. It takes hours.. Anonymous. Tue Sep 29 2026

Really love how comfortable the chairs are and cushions are great quality. The couch has a lower back than I would have wanted and having for about 2 months on a covered lanai the arm starting to have wear and we don’t really use that much to. Stephanie. Land O Lakes, FL. Wed Sep 09 2026

this set was actually much nicer than expected. Had purchased to put on our front porch and not really be used (more for visual than function) but they are comfortable and really nice in person. I ended up moving something else out on the porch and added these to the deck so that we can enjoy them. Easy to put together. My thirteen year old son did everything start to finish. They do swivel and rock slightly. Cushions are fairly thick which was a nice surprise. I figured I'd have to have them replaced as other sets' cushions have been lackluster at best. Very happy with this purchase, especially at this price point.. Gloria. Niceville, FL. Sat May 30 2026

This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together.. Christine Laylon. Austin, TX. Fri Aug 07 2026

I am very disappointed with this patio furniture. The set I received is not the color I purchased. The difference isn’t a minor variation due to lighting, it’s an entirely different color. What arrived does not match my outdoor décor at all. Youll note in the pics provided that the cushions are beige against a gray cushion and the frames are brown against a gray post. This was supposed to be gray cushionsgray frames. For such a large purchase, I expected the product to accurately reflect the listing. On your website it shows red cushion covers as RED. When they arrived they were an orange/red which I hated. Had to make at least 10 calls to you guys to get it corrected. Every time I called there was a different story. One person even told me I would have to send the whole patio set back for a refund and repurchase it. There was absolutely no common sense. It came to the point when I asked if this was A1, as I could not believe the service. VERY frustrating. Finally a lovely person called and took care of everything. Changed the covers to blue, which I appreciate, but it never should have been so complicated.. Sandra. Etobicoke, ON. Mon Jun 22 2026
