I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.. Julie. Las Vegas, NV. Sat May 16 2026

This wicker chair is really nice and feels very well made. The wicker looks great, the chair feels sturdy, and overall it is very comfortable. It also looks great in person and fits perfectly with outdoor furniture. My only issue is that the top of the chair leans back a little more than I would prefer. I wish it sat slightly more upright. Using it with corner benches in my sunroom. It's lovely, modern, and my 10 year-old grandson put it together (with only lifting help from his dad). The indoor pedestal tables had tops that weren't as durable, in my opinion. Also, this can go straight out the sunroom door to the deck, if needed. I've sat there to eat lunch and use my computer. The only thing to note, because it is metal, the top will be cold to the touch. That's fine with me.. Freda. Durham, NC. Mon Oct 05 2026
