Beautiful! Free assembly was an added bonus and went super smoothly. I seasoned the cast iron grill plates and they cleaned up super well after the first use. Very easy to light, even heat but I’m not sure the thermometer is accurate. Will get one to check meat directly. I have a hard time believing med flame was 700F but only thing I don’t like!
