Solid structure and looks amazing do to exquisite assembly team. It was done in 2.5 hours and they arrived 2 hours before actual time expected. Unfortunately removing the plastic was a problem and did cause some structural damage by the assembly team. I would definitely advise to make sure you completely take off the plastic before you assemble it yourself or decide on using professional installation. Once the parts sit in the heat without taking off the plastic completely off it will definitely get damaged the roof frame if you try to take off once assembled. Otherwise it’s a solid and descent design and some people may opt to keep the plastic on but in extreme heat your are basically staring at duct tape all over the roof it’s looks more appealing on the website because the plastic was definitely completed removed. Lastly the hooks inside are definitely strong and durable to hold a ceiling fan. I’m currently waiting for a peaceful resolution I tried to order the replacement roof but currently on back order hopefully it’s easier to just order a brand new pergola. The only things that took a a couple of hours was doing the dissemble by my myself to get a brand new replacement or order another design. Hopefully there will be some compensation for this disaster. But again customer service has been very nice and responsive and hoping to get this resolved today to enjoy the yard.. Terrence. This gazebo is the perfect item to bring elegance and ease to your deck or patio.Your family will love hanging out beneath its sturdy roof in all kinds of weather. Gazebos are an excellent way to upgrade your outdoor space and create an inviting atmosphere.

Gazebo is a lot to assemble, plan on the larger part of a day to complete with two people, a bit tricky to assemble as the instructions are not as clear as they could be but we got it done, extremely sturdy when complete plenty of room inside and looks great on our deck, i used lag screws to attack it to my deck and will only bring in the screen and cloth for winter, the roof is easily strong enough for a "light" snow load. i will clear the snow if it is more than a foot, but it is strong once assembled, very happy with the purchase.. Our all-weather hardtop polycarbonate roof gazebo allows sunlight in while reducing heat and blocking 99% of harmful UV rays. The hardtop canopy also provides firm stability in windy conditions.

I love it. It keeps the bugs out and the privacy screen is great for keeping the neighbors prying eyes out. It also will keep the rain out which allowed me to continue to sit on my deck and listen to music. Milton. Dolton, IL. Fri May 22 2026

It wasn’t to hard to put up with 4 people! Lasted a few years until a hail storm came thru and destroyed the roof. Can’t find a replacement roof parts for it.. Anonymous. US. Mon Jun 08 2026
