I searched for a long time to find the perfect tool for removing our traditional Thanksgiving BBQ turkey from the grill. This tool, in concert with a normal Weber spatula, easily handled transfer of a 20lb bird from grill to platter. Its construction is beefy. The blade is huge and provides broad and stable support !!! This is truly a heavy-duty griddle. We cooked the remaining halves of packages of thick-cut bacon, hotdogs, and three large bratwursts, and there was still plenty of room for burgers, if we had them.
