Bought to block the light from the neighbors porch while we sit on our porch in the late evening. It does block out most of the glaring light. It opens and closes easily and blends in with the railing when not in use .. Shar. Heber City, UT. Thu Aug 06 2026

I really love them. I bought two panels and they came very well packaged. The instructions are clear and easy and say to use two people to put them together but I'm a 60 year old woman and put them together myself. It might have been a little easier with two just for balancing the panels on top of each other but once you get the first one or two screws in its easy. I sat them on my patio and weighted them down with patio pavers and flower pots and did the same on the back side with smaller bricks. It can get pretty windy and things tend to blow over but mine feel pretty sturdy. I've added some decorations and little solar lights up top and I love them!. Billie. Crestwood, KY. Fri Jun 12 2026

Great find!! I spent a lot of time trying to figure out solutions for making our raised deck cat friendly. I watched videos and read articles describing all sorts of solutions that seemed difficult andor costly, and then I saw this! Not only does it look nice in my opinion but it does the job. The cats are not going to try to climb over this. It comes with different things you can use to secure this freestanding privacy screen to a deck or keep it in the ground. I havent needed either one. It is fully metal but I dont think that the wood patterning on it looks tacky or bad at all. We really like this. My daughter put it together by herself although the instructions say you should do it with a partner. She did it in under a half an hour. She had no problems and thought it was very easy to do.. I got this screening for privacy from human neighbors and animal neighbors. My dogs are easily riled up by people that cut through the yaranimals that pass through , as well. This gives me a better sense of privacy, while also blocking things from my dogs some, too. Its a fabric of types, so its understandable that it has some give and stretch. I am still just trying to figure out how to work with that, which is difficult and Im hoping will be better with some time upright. I got mine for taller fences than mine, because I also have animals trying to come under the fence, and I thought staking it down to the ground at the bottom might help with that. Time will tell on that front. It definitely blocks out most things, so thats a real plus and will be sure to benefit us.. Mandy. Illinois. Sat May 30 2026

I compared these from many places and decided to buy from Wayfair because of cost, and Ive bought from Wayfair many times before (and have had hot and miss experiences, but if I actually get the item, it has been fine). They are nice looking and fairly sturdy, although they fell over in a windstorm, despite the metal stakes that come with them. The biggest problem is that I think the reddish brown color just does not exist. I got what looks like the brown color. The boxes say reddish brown, but that is clearly not what they are. I saw reviews elsewhere that said the same thing. I paid more for the color I wanted and didnt get it. The color will work for me, though, so instead of the hassle of returning large, heavy boxes, I just kept them.. Lynn. Omaha, NE. Mon Jul 20 2026

I desperately needed an attractive entryway solution to prevent my kitty from darting outside every time the front door opened. This is it. I attached four 2-inch strips of adhesive black foam to the base, and I can now slide this screen easily into place whenever I leave. My kitty can't jump over it, crawl under it, or tip it over. And I finally have peace of mind. I will add that solo assembly isn't easy. The small wrench provided is far too flimsy and bends with every turn, so I had to find a thicker one. Tightening the many nuts and screws requires considerable hand and finger strength. Once fully assembled, this screen does the job perfectly!. Laurie. AZ. Sun Oct 18 2026
